Amrock, formerly known as Title Source, a subsidiary of Rock Ventures, is the United States' largest independent company offering title insurance, property valuations and closing services. In July 2012, it relocated its headquarters from Troy, Michigan, to the First National Building in the Detroit Financial District in Downtown Detroit. Amrock currently employs nearly 2,500 team members and maintains regional operating centers in Detroit (holding 63%), Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Think of this company as that bully in school that looks down at you, and just the shear fact that you got looked down on, you should feel honored. The collaboration between everyone is so backwards, there is no accountability what so ever. The bottom line here is if you’re part of the clique or not. Do you brown nose senior leadership enough or not?"

Before performance always praised, projects set the standards, nominated employee of the month. In 3 years never a raise. Of course you have to do your job that’s a given however people have families and you were expected to make your family a secondary thing no matter what. Mortgage Escrow Auditor (Former Employee) says"The company its self treats the employees like cattle: they bring in several temp's giving them high hopes of becoming permanent employees. They work you 12-14 hour days and it is pretty much a mandatory thing if you leave you might as well be quitting. Other than all the overtime pay and the free lunches. Also, there are no scheduled breaks so even if you on a 10/12/14 hr day you get 2-10 min breaks and 1/2 lunch if you take it than you have to stay an extra 1/2 hour so eat at your desk so you can go home 1/2 hour sooner. The company in a whole is not all it's cracked up to be unless your a robot or cattle!!Free lunches at end of month when your on 12-14 hour days!!No job security any day could be your last day"

You will be worked as many hours as possible and will not make nearly enough money for the work you do. If you go above and beyond there will be no reward for it."

They put you into a team where they think is best for them by what you know. Once you are there, it is totally opposite of what you have been taught.
