Escrow Officer (Current Employee) says

"This company is a phony joke. If it sounds too good to be true, it’s because it is! Think of this company as that bully in school that looks down at you, and just the shear fact that you got looked down on, you should feel honored. The collaboration between everyone is so backwards, there is no accountability what so ever. The bottom line here is if you’re part of the clique or not. Do you brown nose senior leadership enough or not?"

Documents Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Took 1 months short term disability because of anxiety about fathers decline. Couple weeks after return they found unusual and unfair reason to fire me. Before performance always praised, projects set the standards, nominated employee of the month. In 3 years never a raise. Expected to work through lunch and come in early while mgmt never missed lunch hour and arrived at 9:05.Nice coworkersStingy and unreasonable mgmt"

Team Lead (Former Employee) says

"This was the worst job I have ever had. Very low pay and they make you work over 40 hours. No home life with this dead end job. Management is a joke."

Closing Processor (Former Employee) says

"Hated this job, and most of the people who worked there. They claim to treat their contract employees the same as their regular employees, but they do not.nonetreated poorly by management, bad hours and bad pay"

Title Clearance Analyst (Former Employee) says

"Worked the Impress desk where there was necessary skills required to meet the demands of their individual and corporate clients. No training given and expectations without this training were unreasonable.NaNa"

Auditor (Former Employee) says

"I’m sorry to say that the culture was very stressful and the only thing that matters is the company. Of course you have to do your job that’s a given however people have families and you were expected to make your family a secondary thing no matter what. The management took care of their family though and expected you to show concern as well while you neglect your family.Good coworkers and benefitsThe hours were terrible and management didn’t know what they were doing"

VA Appraisal Assigning Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"Doing your job correctly is not enough, most will only advance if they are having relations with management. If you are not attending outside work events or discussing about other team members, they will make it seem as if something is wrong with your work ethic."

Closing Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"70 hour a week work weeks. No home work balance. Minimum hour requirement 10 a day. 12 hour a day mandatory work weeks. Hard to hire in. Age discrimination on some positions."

Examiner (Former Employee) says

"Review title searches and title insurance policies. Constant change in requirements of job. Poor training. Too many hours, 10-12 a day, 6-7 days a week. No life outside of work.benefits, work from home, pay, bonuseswork/home balance - too many hours"

Mortgage Escrow Auditor (Former Employee) says

"The company its self treats the employees like cattle: they bring in several temp's giving them high hopes of becoming permanent employees. They work you 12-14 hour days and it is pretty much a mandatory thing if you leave you might as well be quitting. Other than all the overtime pay and the free lunches. Also, there are no scheduled breaks so even if you on a 10/12/14 hr day you get 2-10 min breaks and 1/2 lunch if you take it than you have to stay an extra 1/2 hour so eat at your desk so you can go home 1/2 hour sooner. The company in a whole is not all it's cracked up to be unless your a robot or cattle!!Free lunches at end of month when your on 12-14 hour days!!No job security any day could be your last day"

Escrow Audit Team Trainer/ Sr. Escrow Auditor (Former Employee) says

"Team Leaders dont follow the isms. If you bring up issues with leadership you will be dismissed. You will be worked as many hours as possible and will not make nearly enough money for the work you do. If you go above and beyond there will be no reward for it."

Abstractor (Former Employee) says

"They hire people because they are over loaded from their volume of files from all over the country. They "train" you so you know what you are doing. They put you into a team where they think is best for them by what you know. Once you are there, it is totally opposite of what you have been taught. They want you to perform like employees that have been there for years. Oh yeah..all in 2 weeks of your training period time frame."

Quality Assurance Specialist (Former Employee) says

"work life balance is a plus. hard to move up and around if your not in the upper leadership click. tuition reimbursement and excellent benefits. there are pros and cons"

Tax Analyst (Former Employee) says

"The culture present at Title Source is one conducive too an overall decent work day, each day. The thought of coming to work is excitable and my fellow team member and myself get to tackle new challenges everyday.Realistic and tangible work advancement"

Title Clearance Analyst (Former Employee) says

"There existed no room for advancement within the company. Worked over 60 hours a week; very competitive."

Pipeline Analysis Liaison (Former Employee) says

"It's all about the "friends" you make and who you take out for drinks. Great work-life balance but only available when team lead is in a good mood. Advancements very unlikely."

Closing Processor (Current Employee) says

"Although the company offers flexibility for team members with families and does host a fun and inviting work environment, the compensation is not comparable to other companies perfoming the same duties, nor does the company promote based on the most experienced or by seniority. In order to be promoted, you must be related to someone in a position to assist in promoting or be friends with someone in a management position.fun working environment; flexible for family obligationsless pay than other companies; promotions are not fair"
